INSURANCE: Kelsey is a private provider that is unable to accept insurance as payment for occupational therapy services. She is happy to provide clients with paperwork, invoices, and documentation so that they may seek reimbursement from their health insurance company. However, reimbursement cannot be guaranteed and needs to be coordinated directly with your insurance provider. It is encouraged to use the CPT codes listed above for the "occupational therapy with written report" and the "occupational therapy treatment session" when discussing reimbursement protocol, procedures, and opportunities with your health insurance company. It may be necessary to go through a pre-approval process with your insurance requiring a prescription or referral for occupational therapy services from your child's pediatrician.
